Wood is currently seeking motivated and experienced Pipefitters with maintenance and turnaround/shutdown experience, to work as part of our team supporting the upcoming 2025 Ampol Shutdown for 5-6 weeks, commencing **approx. 6 August.**
This is a good short-term opportunity to earn **EXCELLENT RATES**, while still being based at home.
This is a Brisbane-based role, **locally based applicants**are preferred at this time, however, consideration will be given to those living outside of Southeast Queensland with the required skill set and experience.

- Ability to work autonomously when required, while taking ownership of the role
- Pipe Fitting-Carbon Steel experience required
- Pipefitters ( **_not _**bracket fitters) must be able to read isometric drawings.
- Trade qualified
- Previous Shutdown/T&I experience is a definite advantage
- You will have proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments
- Must have in date current **Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket**to work on Shutdown - validity 3 years from date of issue, not expiring before 30 September 2025
- Penalty rates apply
- Must be available for Wood medical **immediately**.
