Job Title: Internal Sales
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an internal sales representative. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our trade customers.
The role involves working closely with our branch manager and on-road representatives to ensure seamless communication and effective sales processes. You will also be responsible for answering customer phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in administrative and customer service roles, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with sales and inventory software would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Provide sales support to on-road representatives and the branch manager
* Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in administrative and customer service roles
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiarity with sales and inventory software
