Clinical Psychologist – Full Time
Salary 80k to 120k based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Xtend Health. This role involves delivering high quality psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention for clients across a range of presentations. You will work closely with our allied health team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners to provide coordinated and client centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare clinical reports
* Deliver evidence based therapy tailored to individual client needs
* Support clients with mental health conditions including anxiety mood disorders trauma and behavioural concerns
* Develop treatment plans focusing on functional improvement goals and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to NDIS and internal standards
* Collaborate with internal clinicians families support coordinators and external providers
* Participate in case reviews and team meetings
* Contribute to building a positive learning focused team environment
* Arriving on time for Clients
Qualifications and Requirements
* Full registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist
* Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology
* Experience working with NDIS participants preferred
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a full time caseload
* Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
