Senior Culinary Operations Manager
This is a leadership role within our Food and Beverage department. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the culinary operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision. They will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect the hotel's brand and target market.
* Manage inventory levels and optimize stock orders to minimize waste and excess.
* Schedule and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring that all guests' dietary needs are met.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.

* Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred.
