Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services Team Lead

The Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination of programs, including Settle Well, Job Readiness, and AOD Programs. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring caseloads, providing day-to-day practice supervision support, and guidance to staff to ensure positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of funding proposals, service models, research, and innovation initiatives.
* Supervise and coach direct reports to achieve their goals and objectives.
* Undertake and complete reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
* Develop and review documents required to articulate and support service delivery.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or Community Development.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering health, social, or community services, particularly with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and communities.
* Demonstrated experience in providing professional supervision to client-facing staff in human services programs.
* Strong understanding of theoretical frameworks and intervention strategies, including working with children, young people, and families.
