At Rezdy, we’re builders, doers, and difference‑makers—driven by a shared mission to reshape the tours, activities, and experiences industry. Alongside our sister brands, Checkfront and Regiondo, we power more than 20,000 businesses and support over $10B in bookings globally. Our technology helps operators thrive while delivering unforgettable moments to travelers around the world.

We work in an industry built on adventure, energy, and human connection—and that same spirit fuels how we show up every day. Spanning North America, Europe, and APAC, our teams are united by bold goals, a bias for action, and an unwavering commitment to delivering for our customers.

But our success starts with people. Our teams are the engine behind everything we create. We value self‑starters who take ownership, embrace challenges, and raise the bar—for themselves and those around them. We believe in creating space to grow, take risks, and make a real impact—and we celebrate those who lead with curiosity, grit, and drive.

About the Role

The VP of Product owns the product strategy and execution across several SaaS product lines, covering B2B2C interfaces, pure API products, and data‑driven dashboards. The role balances strategic leadership with operational excellence, leading large‑scale customer migrations off of legacy implementations, driving AI integrations, and derisking regional regulatory needs across multi‑cloud, global systems.

This position requires deep experience in product‑led growth, data visualization, and applied AI, while collaborating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable impact. This is a remote role open to candidates based within the US and Canada.

What you will do

- Lead the unified product strategy aligned with company goals and help define long‑term roadmaps across distinct product lines while ensuring interconnectivity and scalability.
- Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards that enhance user insights and automation.
- Oversee large‑scale customer migrations and version upgrades, maintaining backward compatibility and business continuity.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high‑impact releases and operational stability.
- Mentor and scale a 10–20 person product organization, developing a culture of accountability, experimentation, and excellence.
- Manage evolving compliance landscapes (GDPR, SOC2, regional booking regulations) and support risk‑mitigation through design and workflow choices.
- Use data analytics, customer feedback, and NPS insights to drive prioritization and improve retention metrics.
- Guide platform expansion and resiliency across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments, optimizing for uptime, cost, and security.
- Define and track KPIs—product adoption, churn, upgrade rate, and revenue per user—linking product value to commercial success.

What we are looking for

- 10+ years in product management or related field, including 5+ in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in SaaS with multiple product lines (B2B or B2B2C) and integration‑heavy ecosystems.
- Strong record managing dashboards, analytics, or data‑intensive platforms.
- Demonstrated success integrating AI or ML features in commercial software.
- Expertise managing multi‑phase migrations or enterprise client conversions.
- Experience working in regulated or multi‑territory environments with dispersed, asynchronous teams.
- Deep understanding of API platform economics.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

- Experience in booking, travel, or marketplace software domains.
- Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., LLMs) applied to operations, chat, or personalization.
- Familiarity with NIST, PCI, or CCPA compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience collaborating with established design systems and strong UI flows.
- History of scaling teams during 2×–5× company growth phases.

Benefits & Culture

When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture built on momentum, ownership, and connection.

We move fast, think big, and focus hard—without losing sight of the people behind the work. Across all our brands, we’re united by a belief that impact comes from empowered teams, clear priorities, and a shared commitment to our customers and each other.

What you can expect

- High trust, high impact: We give our people the autonomy to lead, innovate, and make decisions that matter.
- Curiosity is encouraged: We value learning, asking questions, and pushing boundaries—not just getting things done, but doing them better.
- Collaboration over ego: We work as one team across geographies and brands. Success is shared, and support is a given.
- Space to grow: Whether you're stepping into leadership, learning a new skill, or tackling your next big challenge—you’ll be backed to take risks and grow from them.
- Progress over perfection: We embrace change, move quickly, and are constantly iterating to improve how we work and what we deliver.
