About the Role
This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in constructing new buildings, upgrading existing ones, and assisting in disaster responses. Our team provides a supportive environment for learning and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the construction of new buildings and upgrades of existing ones.
* Participate in rapid response teams to disasters and hazards.
* Liaise with registered training organisations to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with experienced tradespeople to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements
* Must be at least 15 years old (candidates turning 18 preferred). Occasionally overnight travel is required for distant work programs.
* Able to work in Australia with permanent residency.
* Completed Year 10 with passes in Maths and English.
* Capable of transporting yourself and tools to work and training sites.
* Willing to obtain a Construction Industry White Card prior to commencement.
