Manager - Operational Support - Southern Suburbs Manager Operational Support – Full Time
Workpower is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager Operational Support to lead our School, Learn, Work and Life services in Perth's southern suburbs (Bentley to Mandurah).
This is a key leadership role focused on team performance, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery for people with disability. You'll work closely with Support Coaches, leadership, and community partners to ensure services are safe, effective, and aligned with NDIS standards.
Responsibilities
* Conduct quarterly supervision and performance meetings with Support Coaches
* Oversee daily operations across assigned hubs
* Ensure staff are properly inducted and trained
* Identify training needs and coordinate professional development
* Manage contracted hours and work with rostering to ensure coverage
* Lead performance management processes for direct reports
* Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
* Maintain strong partnerships with businesses and community organisations
* Manage staff leave, rostering challenges, and on-call responsibilities
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job support to staff

* Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiency
* Support the delivery of high-quality, outcomes-focused supportsBuild strong relationships with external stakeholders and community partners
* Contribute to strategic priorities and service improvements
Qualifications and Profile
You are a confident and supportive leader who:
* Has experience managing teams in disability, community services, or a similar environment
* Is skilled in staff supervision, performance management, and workforce planning
* Understands operational delivery and service quality requirements
* Communicates effectively with staff, customers, and external stakeholders
* Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Has experience working with NDIS participants or services
* Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards
* Relevant qualification in disability, community services, or leadership
