Seeking a change of pace? Trade city life for the fresh country air with Pace Farm. We're searching for a dynamic individual to join us as our Assistant Farm Manager. Working closely with the Farm Manager, you'll oversee and mentor a dedicated team across various farm duties, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and farming practices are maintained. You'll enjoy a 10‐day fortnight schedule, providing a balanced work‐life rhythm.
What you'll do
* Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team.
* Organising daily work schedules.
* Ensuring high standards of animal welfare for maximum production efficiency.
* Collaborating with the team to enhance productivity.
* Adhering to GMP & HACCP protocols.
* Demonstrating passion, enthusiasm, and a "hands‐on" approach.
* Flexibility in managing production and roster changes.
* Ensuring a safe workplace.

* Excellent communication skills.
