We're looking for an experienced
Quality Coordinator
to support product quality, safety and compliance across our global sourcing and Own Brand programs.
In this hands‑on role, you'll lead quality investigations, support NPD and supplier compliance, and help us improve the systems that keep our products safe, ethical and high‑quality.
What You'll Do
* Lead product quality investigations and drive root‑cause and corrective actions
* Support product compliance across NPD, supplier onboarding, testing protocols and standards reviews
* Manage incident reporting and product quality matters
* Conduct risk assessments, support audits including local onsite supplier inspections and improve quality management processes
* Partner with sourcing, supply chain and category teams to deliver compliant, fit‑for‑purpose products across the full product lifecycle
* Contribute to continuous improvement and responsible sourcing initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Science, Engineering or related field
* 5+ years' experience in quality, technical, sourcing, manufacturing or risk roles
* Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or similar)
* Strong technical competence, research skills and ability to interpret standards
* Experience with quality management systems
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, data analysis and prioritisation skills
* Previous experience with PPE, mechanical hand tools or apparel highly regarded
* Experience with offshore global sourcing and manufacturing an advantage
