Entry level Facilities Administration support role for a key client Coordinate service and facilities team in response to customer requests Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri people In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to our Facilities Management team.
The focus on finance, property, and operational management.
This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
You will act as the first point of contact for our valued client responsible for responding and resolving customer requests and enquiries, coordinating service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests, and supporting the Facilities Management Team.
Here's what you will focus on: Acting as the first point of contact for our valued customers and tenants Coordinating service and facilities teams in response to customer requests Timely management and processing of customer requests, queries, billing information, work requests Account administration and maintain records on our system and support the FM's onsite Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations Your Background: Previous administration experience with a high level of attention to details Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner Call and query handling and call resolution skills Strong time management and organisational skills in a busy environment Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology So, what's in it for you?
