We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Gold Coast, QLD.

Responsibilities
* Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modelling service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Train and coach team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
* Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience
Experience in the following will be highly regarded: Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
