Join Mercer and Cooper as a Property Investment Adviser and play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. As a full-time role based in Paradise Point, Queensland on the northern Gold Coast, you will provide strategic and personalised advice to investors on property investment opportunities that align with their unique financial circumstances and risk profiles.
What you'll be doing
1. Conduct comprehensive property investment strategies using our inhouse modeller software to identify financial goals and timeframes.
2. Collaborate with our alliance partners such as mortgage brokers, financial planners, and accountants to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
3. Identify suitable property investment options for clients using our nation-wide network of property providers.
4. Analyse the financial performance of each property option using our Property Investment Analysis Software.
5. Advise clients on the most suitable property selection and help facilitate the financing, and ongoing management strategies.
6. Assist clients with the management of their investment property portfolio through our inhouse property management team.
7. Using our third-party independent researchers, stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success.
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a property investment adviser or similar role within the banking and financial services industry.
2. Comprehensive understanding of property investment strategies, financing options, and market dynamics.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tailored investment solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
5. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or a related field.
