The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from first enquiry through to settlement.
* One weekend a fortnight and leave coverage
* Working with our experienced Estate Manager
* Hours 11am to 5pm
* Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service
* Provide information on the estate to customers
* Gather an initial understanding of the customers' needs
* Assist with the follow up and processing of leads
* Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service
* Support the sales team in the day-to-day operations of project sales offices
* Participate in weekend and on-site sales activities
* Learn and apply the sales process from lead generation to contract signing
Qualifications & Experience
* Has a genuine interest in property and development
* Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Is organised and detail-oriented
* Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Is available to work weekends (with mid-week days off)
* Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
