About the Role

This Enrolled Nurse Transition to Clinical Practice Program at Manning Hospital offers a foundation to grow your confidence and competence in a supportive team-based environment. You'll develop fundamental nursing skills in medical and surgical wards, make a meaningful impact in palliative care, and build specialist knowledge in stroke rehabilitation.

* Develop your nursing skills in acute environments with diverse patient needs and complex conditions.
* Gain insight into pre- and post-operative care, wound management, pain control, and discharge planning.
* Make a difference supporting patients and families during vulnerable moments with compassionate person-centred care.
* Work within multidisciplinary teams to support patients through early recovery stages and promote functional independence.
