Support Role
This is a part-time position (5 days per week, term time only) that requires a high level of professionalism and personal judgement.
* Provide administrative support to senior management.
* Act as a key link between leadership and the College community, upholding and modelling values and ethos.
* Attend events and perform duties at times other than during the day.
The successful applicant will be expected to attend professional development activities at the College during Conference weeks in January and July of the school holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate senior management's diary, daily routines and organisation.
* Screen phone calls and provide secretarial support.
* Maintain records and documents for senior management.
* Prepare correspondence and manage communication from senior management offices.
* Welcome staff and stakeholders and coordinate access to senior management when unavailable.
* Support staff and students as required.
* Administer Working with Children Checks for staff and volunteers and ensure compliance.
* Record agenda and minutes for Senior Executive meetings.
* Staff communication including fortnightly updates and PowerPoint for staff briefings.
* Organise staff badges, vaccinations, diaries, conference weeks and rosters.
* Administer staff professional development including booking accommodation and flights.
* Deal with subpoenas.
* Create and maintain staff personnel files in collaboration with the Payroll Team.
