About the Role:
As a Showroom Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience while potentially completing your Certificate III in Retail (OPTIONAL). You'll be the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom. You'll guide customers through our range of bathroom products and solutions, helping them find the perfect style and functionality for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with product selections
* Offer knowledgeable advice on bathroom designs, fittings, and trends
* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
* Process customer inquiries, quotes, and sales orders
* Supporting the team with general administrative and retail duties
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A keen eye for design and attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Ability and willingness to learn product knowledge
* Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
