What You’ll Be Doing You’ll join a collaborative Corporate practice, guiding clients through the full deal lifecycle from diligence through signing, supported by senior mentors and a cross-practice network. Draft and negotiate sale agreements, scheme booklets and disclosure documents Conduct due diligence, risk analysis and vendor briefings Liaise with finance, tax and ESG teams on regulatory compliance Support execution on public and private M&A mandates What You’ll Bring 6 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a large or mid-tier firm Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle varied files Excellent drafting, verbal communication & stakeholder management A positive, team-based approach and client-first mentality Why Join?
