Gather by Cater Care is on the lookout for a passionate Chef to join our team at an education site in Gatton, QLD.
In this hands-on role, you'll prepare and cook meals in bulk for a variety of events and formal dinners, catering for up to 420 students. You'll deliver food that looks great and tastes even better, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a punctual, organised approach as a reliable team player.

Roster
* Thurs: 10:30am - 7:00pm
* Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Responsibilities
* Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for students and staff
* Support high-volume, bulk cooking operations
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
* Follow food safety and workplace safety standards
* Provide fast, efficient service with a positive, can-do attitude
Your Background
Desired Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar role (education experience a plus)
* Bulk cooking experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of the team
* Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
