Administrative support specialist sought for the Parks & Recreation Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including answering inquiries, maintaining records and performing various other tasks as required.

* Provide administrative support to the Parks & Recreation team
* Assist with the coordination of projects and events
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Perform general office duties as required
Requirements
* Relevant post-secondary qualification or minimum 3 years secretarial and administrative experience
* Demonstrated experience in facilities/depot/site management
* Working knowledge of all computer applications associated with the position
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Current Driver's Licence
