We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As an advanced level Registered Nurse, you will be a skilled clinical and professional resource, demonstrating expert knowledge and critical thinking across perioperative care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering safe, high-quality patient care within our fast-paced operating environment.
* Playing a vital role in perioperative care, including Interventional and diagnostic cardiology, Pacemakers and implantable devices, Orthopaedics, Endovascular and general surgery.
* Mentoring and supporting clinical development of others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant board.
* Minimum five years' experience in Theatre Anaesthetics or related perioperative specialty.
* Demonstrated understanding of professional scope of practice.
* Proven ability to assess, plan and evaluate patient care.
* Strong commitment to patient experience and customer service.
