Digital Media Trader
to own the day-to-day trading and optimisation of paid digital media campaigns across all key platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta and Campaign Manager.
Working closely with our Digital Strategist and Media Manager you'll translate strategy into accurate and high-performing platform set-ups, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
That means you're a meticulous multitasker, a troubleshooter, a team player who's also confident to work independently, and someone who can think beyond the task to proactively improve outcomes.
We're looking for someone with...
Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital media trading or activation role – ideally within an agency environment
A strong understanding of:
Paid media metrics and KPIs
Marketing data and performance measurement
Attribution and conversion tracking fundamentals
Proven ability to interpret campaign data and assess campaign impact
And even better, someone who's also...
Experienced working across multiple verticals or client types
Familiar with dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualisation platforms
An explorer of emerging platforms, formats and ad tech developments
Experienced working across additional platforms such as Reddit, TikTok and Spotify
