Given recent growth and expected trajectory of the Jellis Craig Corporation, we are appointing a Business Partnerships & Advisory Manager to continue investing and growing our Partner (franchisee) relationships with the Jellis Craig network of businesses. The essence of this management role is to provide front end financial due diligence and industry benchmarking in pursuit of growth initiatives, to share and connect the very best of Jellis Craig business practices across the network, and provide analytical and project management support on behalf of the Corporate team to improve standards and services provided within the network.
The role will report to the Group General Manager on a day-to-day basis, and have regular dialogue with the Group Finance & Operations Manager, Group IT Manager and Head of Marketing plus their respective teams. It is a full-time, permanent appointment with an anticipated start date of October/November 2025. As a general rule, Monday – Thursday are work from the corporate or partner offices, with hybrid arrangements available on Fridays.
The role requires a strong finance professional who will invest in relationships and is aspirational in their standards and vision for the Jellis Craig brand. We are seeking a professional to support investment and acquisition decisions through detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation modelling. The role involves assessing financial statements, identifying key risks and opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver actionable insights. Prior corporate banking or financial analysis experience plus familiarity partnering with sales professionals and exposure to premium brands will be highly valued in the preferred candidate. Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence and academic qualifications in Commerce or Accounting corresponding with a role of this nature are also essential.
