About The Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)Supporting mobility and safe transfersAssisting residents with meals and dietary needsMonitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviourMaintaining accurate documentationWorking collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentPassion for aged care and helping othersFriendly, compassionate, and adaptable team playerGreat communication skills and a positive attitude
