A National Manager Service Provider requires a Level 2/3 Support Engineer to join its Melbourne team for a permanent role commencing ASAP, to be based in Melbournes South-East. Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Effectively managing, triaging and troubleshooting level 2 & 3 IT issues to an ITIL framework. Providing remote support across Microsoft 365, 3CX, firewalls, endpoints, servers and cloud. Undertaking new deployment and project work as required. Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements. Mentoring and training junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:Proven experience in providing level 2 & 3 IT support in a customer-facing environment.Sounds knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox and Network troubleshooting.Experience with Sophos, 3CX and ConnectWise / NinjaOne is highly advantageous.A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Sophos and 3CX certifications are preferred.Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.A valid drivers license and vehicle.
