About the Company
My client is a leading financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Communications Change Specialist to develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate the strategic communication and engagement plan which supports Strategic Change and Partnering goals.
About the role
Reporting to the Organisational Change Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the multi-channel communication strategy which includes development, delivery of communication and engagement activities.
Key responsibilities
Shape operating rhythm for how we engage key audiences, including forums to promote knowledge sharing/lessons learned and develop content for key audiences through different channels and media formats (websites, videos, presentations etc)
Partner with key stakeholders (including employee communications, project SMEs, change and project managers, business leads, project sponsors) to develop and execute communication and engagement plans
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement activities to drive continuous improvement
Adhere to internal communication guidelines requirements regarding channel usage, tone, brand guidelines, and governance standards through adherence to Group policies
Work with creative agencies to develop collateral and content including video, infographics, visual communications, playbooks etc.
Create and execute to a transparent roles and responsibility framework for decision making related to communications sign off process
Extensive Enterprise and/or Portfolio level communications experience
Working knowledge of or experience in change management methodology (or interest in further developing)
Demonstrated experience for content development, i.e. building stories and narratives that are engaging and informative.
Fluency in digital and social media tools and techniques and integrating video and graphic design for enhanced impact.
Comfortable with ambiguity - must have the ability to maintain organisation and productivity in an often ambiguous and fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills - excellent stakeholder management and engagement
Internal and external communications experience
Tertiary qualification/s in Communications or related fields.
Experience of working with vendors and creative agencies
