Seeking passionate retailers to lead the successful operation of supermarket stores in remote First Nations communities.
* Oversee store operations in remote communities
* Train and mentor local team members
* Implement ALPA's nutrition policy
* Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition, and local stakeholders to meet community needs
* Experience using electronic retail systems for stock management, point of sale, and staff management
* Strong interpersonal skills adaptable to diverse cultures and education levels
* Ability to manage unique challenges of remote communities including limited resources, unpredictable supply chains, and cultural considerations

* 7 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading

* 2 return flights per year from community to Darwin
