In this role you'll assume a high degree of responsibility and autonomy as you support a Lawyer on a 1:1 basis in a busy and fast-paced practice. You'll be really able to put your stamp on this role as there is so much scope for you to take on additional responsibilities and run the show. Some of your daily tasks will include: • preparation of legal documents and general correspondence • diary management and arranging appointments • prepare, file and serve Court documents • management of client files • extensive client liaison • preparation of bills and assisting with associated costs and • general administrative duties as required Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in either Personal Injury/WorkCover or Litigation law matters.
