Working across the Perth metro area, this role will see you step into a Foreman position leading a civil crew while coordinating works including base preparation, earthworks, drainage, and final trim ready for asphalt paving.
Overview
Duties Include:
* Supervise and coordinate civil crews on site including operators, labourers, and subcontractors
* Plan and allocate daily tasks across base works, spoil removal, drainage, kerbing, and final trim
* Guide the safe and accurate use of machinery including skid steers, excavators, rollers, and compactors
* Ensure pre start checks, equipment upkeep, and safe work procedures are followed
* Monitor project progress, complete daily reports, and update the Project Manager
* Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on site
* Maintain strong safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Manage labour, plant, and materials to keep projects on schedule
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Prior experience as either a leading hand, foreman or supervisor in roadworks, subdivisions or asphalt preparation.
* An operating background with experience in final trim.
* Hold a White Card
* A strong understanding of both civil construction and safety standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands on approach.
* The ability to read plans/specs, and work independently.
* Full Drivers Licence (HR Licence Preferred but not essential).

* $120,000 + Superannuation.
