Case Manager Position
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of residential care workers and develop individualised plans for young people.
* We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and support to our team members.
* The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Child Protection principles and experience working with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of residential care workers, ensuring a supportive team environment and providing regular supervision.
2. Develop, implement, and review individualised plans for young people, addressing their specific needs and goals.
3. Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to ensure a cohesive approach to youth support.
4. Undertake necessary reporting and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Attend and participate in regular supervision, team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and inter‑agency meetings.
6. Provide direct care support by completing shifts as needed, ensuring continuity of care and support for the young people.
About You
* We require a Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education etc.
* A proven track record in youth services management, including program oversight and staff supervision.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
