The ICT Support Officer role is a dynamic position that requires exceptional customer service skills and a passion for IT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to internal customers across various business units.
* Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
* Perform desktop and laptop SOE deployment, support, and repair tasks.
* Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
* Install, configure, and maintain various applications, including MS Office 365 and MS Teams.
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues with cellular, satellite, WiFi, LAN, VPN, xDSL, Fibre, and NBN networks.
About You:
* You will have strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11.
* Prior experience with SOE deployment, handheld device management, IP telephony, and basic Microsoft Office 365 administration is desirable.
