We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The role offers the opportunity to work in a NSW Government call centre based in Gosford, with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, face-to-face, or writing
* Update and maintain records and databases
* Educate clients on their rights and responsibilities
* Collect and compile information for documentation and correspondence
* Provide administrative and support services
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be confident working in a high-volume call centre environment. Salesforce experience is preferred but not essential.
