The Gig As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll greet every guest with warmth and deliver a memorable bar experience while crafting and serving house and signature cocktails with skill and style.
You'll take orders through the POS, support both bar and table service, and keep the bar organised, clean, and running smoothly.
With a proactive approach, you'll anticipate guest needs, offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and maintain exceptional standards of presentation, consistency, and overall bar operations.
About you: Previous cocktail bartending experience with a sound understanding of mixology.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Naturally connects with people and makes all feel welcome.
Must be able to work nights, weekends or holidays.
Holds a current NSW RSA card Ability to stand or move for an extended period.
Must be over 18 years of age.
