**Human Resource Business Partner/Generalist to** join the
**Melbourne** head office.
Working with the HR team, you will be involved in operations and HR support to all stakeholders, generalist aspects of recruitment, and overall help shape the experience of the people as the company grows.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Human Resource Lead, you will support all functions of the employee lifecycle and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The focus areas include responding to HR enquiries, maintenance of accurate employee records, design advancement of HR processes, end-to-end recruitment, and preparing reports. This role is a true generalist position with exposure and experience in award interpretations, ER/IR, performance management, policy development and setting up HR infrastructures in a business.
**Duties**:
- Assist the HR Manager with daily operations, initiatives, and projects
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment process
- Manage all HR onboarding processes including; HR Induction, tools, templates, and materials
- Assist the HR Manager with company policies, procedures, and processes
- Complete performance needs analysis across respective departments
- Partner with HR Manager, the Social Committee, and other internal stakeholders to organise training and company events
- Assist all employees in various employee relations issues
- Manage one on one meetings with Team Leaders when required
**Skills & Experience**:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of relevant state and Australian employment legislation, national employment standards (NES) and employee entitlements
- Ability to work independently and prioritise work to meet tight timeframes
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems with practical and positive solutions
- Organisational and time management skills
