The Role
This role is taking the lead on high volume recruitment, this is a fast paced project recruiting for over 200 drivers. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
* Manage high-volume recruitment
* Keep candidates moving efficiently through the pipeline
* Think creatively to attract talent in a competitive market
* Partner closely with the HR Business Partner and other key stakeholders in the business
* Prepare temp candidate packs and costing summaries
* Support general recruitment activity across the logistics team
Your Profile
The successful candidate for this role will have:
* Experience in a transactional, high volume recruitment role
* Background in logistics and/or supply chain recruitment
* Available to work from 15th December to 30th January - with potential to extend
