Remuneration: $neg on experience + Super & Bonus Scheme
About the Role
The facilities General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
* oversight of both the clinical and hospitality teams
* Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
* Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
