About the Role
This role is focused exclusively on new business acquisition, driving growth across commercial, industrial, agricultural and hospitality markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Prospecting, identifying and securing new customers across multiple industry sectors
Managing a strong sales pipeline and owning the full sales cycle
Presenting tailored LPG and industrial gas solutions
Preparing proposals, quotes, supply agreements and financial approval models
Providing safety, storage and compliance training to new customers
Maintaining accurate records and activity updates in Salesforce
Supplying market insights, competitive trends and pricing intelligence
Collaborating with operations, logistics and account management teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
Key Performance Indicators
New business volumes and margin performance
New customer acquisition targets
Growth across LPG and industrial gas product categories
Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates
Compliance with safety and documentation procedures
About You
You are a proactive and commercially aware B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building strong relationships.
You will bring:
2-3+ years B2B field sales experience (LPG, industrial, gas or technical products preferred)
Strong negotiation, presentation and commercial skills
Ability to independently manage a territory and pipeline
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
High level of professionalism, organisation and safety awareness
A valid Australian driver's licence
