Job Description:
As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. You will be responsible for processing weekly pays with precision and care, using MYOB and our CRM system.
You will also ensure compliance with SCHADS & Health Professionals and Support Services Awards, Fair Work and other statutory requirements. This will involve handling reconciliations, journals, EOFY tasks, and audits.
In addition, you will provide support onboarding/offboarding and respond to staff payroll queries. You will collaborate with our finance team to continuously improve our payroll systems and processes.
* End-to-end weekly (2xfghly) payroll processing using MYOB and our CRM system
* Ensuring compliance with SCHADS & Health Professionals and Support Services Awards, Fair Work and other statutory requirements
* Handling reconciliations, journals, EOFY tasks, and audits
* Supporting onboarding/offboarding and responding to staff payroll queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Diploma in Payroll Services or Accounting (TAFE)
