Grounds and Gardens Professional
We are seeking an experienced grounds management expert to drive operational excellence across our sites in South Australia. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a hybrid delivery model incorporating both in-house and third-party grounds staff
* Compliance and auditing of services, leveraging expertise to support general grounds work and its seasonality
* Driving visible improvement in standards of service to key stakeholders, with a focus on end-user experience and superior service quality
* Provide effective leadership and management of the onsite operations team and subcontractors
Requirements:
Cert III in Horticulture is essential, along with a Police Check (less than 12 months) or ability to obtain, and a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain.
Strong process-driven values, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities are required, as well as maturity to know when to seek advice.
