We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Townsville Property Management Team.
Colliers International Townsville is a dynamic and professional team specialising in commercial and industrial real estate, including sales and leasing of retail, industrial & commercial properties and commercial property management.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our local team. The full time role will support our Commercial Asset Managers by fostering professional relationships through providing excellent customer service to property owners, tenants and other business stakeholders as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our property management software and trust ledger.
About the Role:
- Assist department team in general duties.
- Facilitate building maintenance as required.
- Processing work orders.
- Electricity reads.
- High Traffic Reports.
- Property Inspections.
- Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered.
About You:
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate initiative to problem solve and provide timely solutions.
- Ability to cooperate and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Driver’s License.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate (not essential)
