Our client is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor (Electrical) to support the delivery of major wind farm projects across Western Australia. This is a key site‑based leadership role overseeing electrical installation and commissioning activities for utility‑scale wind turbines. Working closely with the Site Installation Manager and Commissioning Manager, you’ll lead contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality installation outcomes across the project lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, motivate and supervise electrical installation and commissioning teams onsite Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and QA documentation, providing technical guidance and solutions Manage electrical compliance requirements, including documentation such as schematics and ITPs Oversee procurement of electrical items required for compliance Act as the primary contact for all permit‑to‑work and LOTO obligations Ensure all work is completed in line with client systems, international standards and Australian HSE requirements Maintain accurate reporting including daily records, NCRs, component serial registration and installation status Support cost control activities, subcontractor management and claims Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, engineers and internal stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation and site practices What We’re Looking For Essential Electrical trade or engineering qualification WA Electrical Licence Strong experience supervising electrical works in construction or heavy industry Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation and drive safe work practices Highly Regarded Minimum 5 years’ wind turbine installation experience OEM wind turbine erection training Experience with quality management, HSE systems or team leadership training Ability to work effectively in cross‑cultural environments Role Details Roster: 15/6 FIFO – travel on days 1 and 15, working 13 days straight (10‑hour days) Location: Perth‑based preferred (WA projects) Contract: Through to approximately June 2026 You’ll be part of a global renewable energy leader with a strong pipeline of Australian projects.
