**About our Opportunity**
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Installations Manager to join our team based at our Stapylton site. As a key member of the management team, you will lead and manage a team of installers, contractors and support staff to ensure that all shower screen and wardrobe installation works are scheduled and completed in line with customer expectations and company requirements.
This will entail:
- Resourcing, developing, leading and managing an installation team of 35 installers (comprised of employees and contractors)
- Regular liaison between clients and the business to ensure that installations can be conducted in the required timeframes
- Conducting and monitoring daily invoicing
- Striving for mínimal re-works
- Assisting the scheduling team to schedule installations when required
- Negotiating and submitting payments and commissions
- Fleet management of company vehicles
- Ensuring all safety standards and protocols are adhered to
- Reporting and general administration.
**About You**
We are looking to leverage your previous installations and construction experience, combined with your demonstrated leadership abilities. This is a fast-paced role which will draw heavily on your planning and organisation skills combined with your communication and relationship management skills. Your commercial acumen along with your commitment to quality and customer service will also play a key part in your success.
You will also have:
- Outstanding planning and time management skills
- Previous experience of leading, motivating and mentoring a team
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Commitment to safety
- Previous experience using MS Office suite - in particular Excel and Outlook
