**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of daily operations. You will actively contribute to the store's success by leading a team of enthusiastic sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervising and motivating a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and overall success.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensuring that every customer receives personalised attention, expert advice, and a memorable shopping experience.
- **Sales and Performance Management**: Collaborating to achieve sales targets, monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensuring that the store's presentation is visually appealing, and aligns with brand image.
- **Operations Support**: Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Skills and Experience**:
- **Retail Experience**: Previous retail management or leadership experience with a strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive team performance to achieve sales targets.
- **Exceptional Customer Service**: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with customers effectively.
- **Sales and Results-Driven**: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
