Requirements
* More than 5 years of bakery experience in independent retail
* Experience with frozen dough production
* Strong supplier relationships
* Able to lead and communicate with in-store teams
* Willing to travel to all locations, including regional WA
* Strong initiative and time management
* Self-driven, honest and committed
* Able to identify opportunities and build action plans to achieve results
Salary
From 85K plus a car, depending on experience.
