Roster: Monday – Friday (between 5am – 3pm) Location: Rokeby, Tasmania We are currently recruiting an HR Driver and a General Labourer on a part-time basis to support safe, compliant waste and paint collection operations at our Rokeby site. These roles suit reliable, safety‐focused candidates looking for flexible working arrangements.
HR Driver
Key Responsibilities
* Transport packaged waste using HR vehicles
* Load/unload waste using forklift and Moffat (truck‐mounted) forklift
* Operate and maintain machinery, including servicing parts washers (training provided)
* Conduct routine vehicle checks and minor mechanical tasks
* Maintain accurate delivery and service records
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Regional travel as required
Skills & Experience
* HR licence (essential)
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Experience with Moffat forklift trucks
* DG licence preferred (assistance provided if required)
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work independently
General Labourer
Key Responsibilities
* Sorting and decanting paint within the paint shed
* Handling and storing paint and related materials in line with site procedures
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* General labouring and housekeeping tasks
* Reading and understanding paint labels (training provided)
Skills & Experience
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Physically fit and able to lift 20L bottles unassisted
