We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in power generation, heavy industry, or manufacturing to join our team in Pakenham, VIC.
About the Role
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of power system installations and manufactured assemblies across critical infrastructure, data centres, mining and defence sectors.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on site, in the workshop, and close to the work, not just behind a desk.
You Will
* Lead full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, procurement & site delivery
* Coordinate engineers, trades, and installation teams
* Manage client relationships and commercial outcomes
* Oversee safety, quality and contractor performance
You Bring
* At least 5+ years’ PM or Site Manager experience in power generation, heavy industrial, or mechanical/electrical manufacturing
* Technical qualification or trade background
* Proven experience delivering projects in operational/industrial environments
* Strong commercial, scheduling and stakeholder management skills
* Australian citizenship (security clearance eligibility)
* Able to obtain a National Police Check
Highly Desirable
* Experience with gensets, switchgear, packaged power systems or industrial installations
* Exposure to fabrication, modular builds or workshop‑based manufacturing
