Who We Are
We're a dynamic real estate team known for our high standards, high energy, delivering standout service, smashing goals, and having fun while doing it. From million-dollar listings to helping first-time buyers, we are on the search for our next Sales and Sales Assistant / PA who helps us stay one step ahead during this time of company growth
Your Mission (AKA What You'll Actually Be Doing):
* Prospecting — calling warm leads, nurturing relationships, following up enquiries
* Conduct open homes & inspections, engage with buyers, take notes, and gather feedback
* Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring they always feel supported and informed
* Prepare listing presentations and help with market research and CMA reports
* Coordinate property campaigns — scheduling photographers, stylists, copywriters, signboards, etc.
* Manage the sales pipelines to keep deals moving smoothly toward SOLD
For the PA- Being a vital part of sales support for our Senior Sale Agent
* Work closely with our lead Sales Agent to support active buyers and sellers as per above
* Jump in on negotiation and offer management support where needed
* Be the organisational backbone that supports our Senior Agent to do what they do best
