The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores.
Your areas of service will include Strathpine, Bray Park, Carseldine, Dakabin and North Lakes.
Key Details: Work Schedule: 3 days/week – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Hours: Approximately ***** hours per week, starting from 7:00 AM Responsibilities: Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs) Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers What We Offer: Comprehensive training provided An opportunity to work in a creative, supportive team environment Ideal Candidate: We invite applicants who possess the following skills and attributes: A reliable car and a valid Australian driver's license are essential Retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not mandatory Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities A well-presented professional with a flair for creativity Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently How to Apply: Interested candidates will be contacted via email and phone for screening and interviews.
