The Direct Mail & Database Administrator provides vital support for fundraising and marketing objectives by managing the organisation's customer relationships management database.
Working in a dynamic environment, this role is responsible for maintaining the supporter database to meet annual targets for fundraising, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
The Administrator will create mailing lists, develop reports, ensure data integrity, and accurately process donations and philanthropic activity while providing general administrative support.
Collaborating with the Development and Marketing teams, this position prepares, coordinates, and delivers data to support successful fundraising appeals and campaigns, as well as promotional communications to drive visitation, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
* Manage donor or contact databases using Microsoft Dynamics
* Develop and implement efficient data management processes
* Prepare and deliver data for fundraising and marketing campaigns
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor information
* Previous experience in managing donor or contact databases
* Good analytical skills with a continuous improvement approach
* Strong attention to detail with ability to work with tact and discretion
* Good judgement and problem-solving skills
