We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dispatch team as a Casual Dispatch Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently allocating roadside resources, maintaining member relationships during vehicle breakdowns, and ensuring workplace safety.
* Allocating resources to meet service standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, and the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Prior experience in dispatch or logistics environments preferred
